Engineering Supervisor

Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:

1. Smooth operation of Engineering Department.
2. Coordination with other Department and the exterior of the hotel associated with the field work.
3. The accuracy of maintenance and maintenance of buildings, and facilities and the facilities / infrastructure mechanical, electrical, furniture, and the like.
4. PDMEC control (Property Maintenance and Energy Operating Cost). 

Requirements:

1. Minimum S1 degree in Bachelor degree in Engineering.
2. Minimum 4 years in Engineering Dept.
3. Minimum 2 years in similar position or having related job to Engineering Department.
4. Prior working experience from hotel industry or similar business enterprise.
5. Understands the general practices of day-to-day Engineering operation.
